These include considering the challenges of the “grant of rights” clauses, including sub-licensing dilemmas. As the corollary of granting rights, we will also explore the range of options for agreeing a fair reward-sharing mechanism such as milestones, annual payments, fixed or changing royalties and the impact of royalty-stacking.
