Nadja Spitzer is a senior strategy consultant at IBM in London. In this role, she has worked with multi-national clients across Europe, developing and guiding strategic HR transformation journeys, specifically in the field of employee engagement, talent development, talent analytics and change management. Prior to joining IBM in 2012, Nadja worked with Tata Consultancy Services in India, leading projects in the field of employee learning and in change management. Nadja has an academic background in International Relations (BA) and European Business (MA).
In March 2015, Nadja started a 2 years personal leave from her consultant position, in order to work with organisations with a positive social impact. During this leave, Nadja also worked with the Impact Hub network and lead a global accelerator programme supporting social entrepreneurs to scale, a collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme. Having recently re-joined IBM, Nadja is now exploring ways to leverage the strengths of the organisation to increase positive social impact.
